Sierra Crescendo

This scene unfolded gradually. The light didn’t arrive all at once—it moved across the landscape in stages, first touching the lower trees, then climbing into the granite above. What drew me in was that progression. There was no single dramatic peak moment. Instead, the strength of the scene came from how everything worked together—the layering, the contrast, and the way the light revealed each part in sequence. That sense of buildup is what led to the title, “Sierra Crescendo.
